Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience in aggregate operations, with understanding of mineral processing equipment such as crushers, screens, conveyors, and associated mobile equipment maintenance experience on a crusher and all parts Experience on a production loader Able to cut, weld and do fabrication Ensure control house and plant area remain clean and secure daily Record and report production Willing to learn and accept direction from supervisors Ability to apply common sense to understanding problems and develop and implement solutions Ability to work flexible schedule as required; including nights and weekends Knowledgeable in OSHA standards.
Willingness to learn and accept direction from supervisors.
Able to work outside in all weather conditions.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Frequently sit, stand, walk, crouch, kneel, climb and periodically lift up to 50lbs.
Communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
Ability to manage time, multitask and prioritize.
