S.
Army Reserve Component on-site at Ft Liberty, NC (Ft Bragg).

Responsibilities Assist end users in being able to utilize KM platforms to refine and develop knowledge sharing practices, including, but not limited to:
milSuite; SharePoint; SharePoint Online (SPO); Army 365 Applications (Microsoft Teams); Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI); Strategic Management System (SMS); Task Management Tool (TMT); Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF); Adobe Connect; Vantage; and Intelink Must be proficient with each collaborative system fielded by the Government and maintain an appropriate level of documentation cataloguing operational characteristics, identifying critical performance factors, specifying strengths and weaknesses, and establishing work-around for known shortcomings or inconsistencies Must be proficient with creating SharePoint Sites and utilizing above mentioned platforms to create/develop shared understanding products as required by the Command, including teaching leaders, directorates, staffs, and unit personnel on how to utilize and/or leverage platforms to improve organizational efficiencies Assist the KM Directorate in the execution of monthly KM Working Groups to identify knowledge gaps and inefficiencies with knowledge sharing across the Enterprise and develop potential courses of action to fix them; assist in the development of the agenda and specific training materials for each KM Working Group Provide SharePoint Support Services, including SharePoint Online (SPO) and A365; help enhance the look/feel and functionality of the SharePoint and/or SPO sites to fine-tune or optimize the existing application; support current staff with SharePoint/SPO management and implementation and serve as a SharePoint/SPO Subject Matter Expert Conduct formal and informal staff assessments to identify knowledge and process gaps that impact operations Provide recommendations, guidance, and advice to staff elements on content management techniques to improve operations in support of the leader's decision making process Produce and distribute the KM Newsletter on a quarterly basis Update the command's social media pages as needed or monthly Provide Help Desk Services to include a matrix of Help Desk Requests received to be resolved within seven (7) days; utilize the Help Desk Request Matrix to determine trends and craft training that addresses trends identified Qualifications Due to the nature of the contract the qualifications listed below are firm and must be clearly depicted on your resume Minimum of ten years (10) years experience in automation Must possess the ability to code/script Must have knowledge of content management and its application across digital and non-digital platforms Must have two (2) years' experience with Power BI Must have four (4) years' experience in working with MS Office products Must have four (4) years' experience working with SharePoint and HTML Must be proficient with Microsoft Teams JavaScript, CSS, and C# Must possess a minimum of an associate degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) field and have completed a formal course of instruction in KM Benefits & Compensation Annual salary $89,000 Medical Dental Vision Life insurance PTO 401k Relocation can be provided Recommended Skills Adobe Acrobat Adobe Connect Assessments Attention To Detail Automation Business Intelligence Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
