Overview Delaware Nation Investments is seeking highly qualified candidates to fill multiple positions on for the upcoming Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) - 3Positions are located at multiple locations in and outside of the United StatesThe purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Program is to provide USSOCOM with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain uninterrupted IT functionality across the globeThe responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the J6 organization, and ultimately the end-userResponsibilitieso Planning, coordinating, monitoring and implementing very complex IT programs to meet organizational goalso Oversee and provide guidance to the personnel responsible for the organization's portfolio of projectso Maintain the efficiency of important aspects of the project management process such as planning, scheduling, and budget and risk assessmento Day-to-day operations of the project management office Qualificationso Top Secret/SCI Security Clearanceo Security
or equivalent certificationo Bachelor degree in a STEM field or equivalent experienceo 7

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
