Months (Contract) Detailed Description of
Responsibilities:
1.
Implement building construction projects to support site.
2.
Coordinates construction scheduling and communication.
3.
Manage daily construction and RFI support for construction projects.
4.
Coordinate communications between owner, contractor and A/E firm5.
May be responsible for estimates, schedules, materials and purchase orders.
6.
Supervises construction activity in the field.
7.
Coordinate weekend/shutdown work plans with contractors, facilities, NAMC shops, PC, and PE.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
1.
Level of experience 10-15 years2.
10
years of experience in industrial construction projects, with emphasis on building construction (greenfield or brownfield)3.
Strong technical knowledge of construction means and methods4.
Proficient drawing review and field application abilities5.
OSHA 30 and 510 certifications.
Additional
Qualifications:
1.
Associate degree in construction management2.
Software
Experience:
AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project3.
Automotive building experience including underground utilities, earthwork, civil, structural steel, building envelope, mechanical/electrical, and building handover/completion.
Recommended Skills Auto Cad Automotive Industry Construction Management Drawing Ms Project Occupational Safety And Health Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
