We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience and a great attitude.
Excellent communication skills, multi tasking, attention to detail and the ability to resolve complaints in a tactful manner are a must.
In peak heating season (November through March) high pressure performance and patience are required.
Our benefits package includes competitive pay, a 401-K, 100% health care coverage, a shared employee bonus program, paid vacation, paid sick leave, and paid half days off on Friday from May to August.
Requirements:
3 years experience in customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Strong organizational skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
(Additional certifications are a bonus).
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, via email, and in person.
Promote and cross-sell propane products, plans, and services to potential and existing customers.
Handle invoicing for propane installation and service jobs with accuracy and attention to detail.
Conduct collection calls professionally, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding payments from customers.
Utilize Excel and other Microsoft Office programs to keep track of annual plan renewals and other data.
Collaborate in scheduling service and installation jobs efficiently, considering customer preferences and operational requirements.
Demonstrate proficiency with QuickBooks.
Act as a team player, embracing a flexible attitude to responsibilities that contribute to the overall success of the company

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
