Responsibilities:
- Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in/Check-out patients - Answer phones and schedule appointments - Maintain patient records and update information at appointments - Assist with specialist referrals and correspondence - Filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Respond and communicate efficiently to patients - Support treatment coordinator with treatment presentation as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting preferred (Medical Billing a PLUS!) - Strong attention to detail and communication skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently Office Hours:
Mon - Thurs 8AM - 4PM Lunch:
