Requirements:
BS Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Construction preferred); or equivalent experience.
General knowledge of Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing/Piping systems.
Experience with installation, start-up, or testing of building HVAC/Utility equipment.
Experience with Industrial/Manufacturing facility construction/installation projects.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
Advanced EXCEL experience (vlookup & pivot tables).
Physically capable of extensive walking, negotiating elevated platforms, and confined spaces.

Job
Responsibilities:
Coordinate engineering projects from inception to completion.
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Assist with the installation, start-up, and testing of building HVAC/Utility equipment.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze project data and generate reports.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project-related issues.
Maintain project documentation and update project status reports as needed.
Pay Details:
$24.
00 to $33.
